Born and bred in Leeds in 1966, from a family of six children.  Before becoming a Hypnotherapist, Richard was previously involved with Managing retail/Sales and accounts personnel in local West Yorkshire Companies.  He is married and has three children.  He has always been a people person - and the man to sort out peoples' problems and worries.  He has run a variety of his own companies successfully, and also spent time in the Director's and Company Secretary's chairs.

He knows all to well the every day stress, strives and juggling of modern day living, both within the work and home environment.

He has always been aware of the importance of priority setting, self motivation, and recognised many times throughout his career the value of psychology and belief structure in a successful Business/ relationship and even within sports.

The more books and tapes he listened to and read the more he realised that psychology really did play a major part in the ability to succeed in any area.

His interest in personal "gurus" like Will Goodey & Kelly Goodey, Dr. Barry Neale, Valerie Austin, Tony Robbins Robert Shields, Brian Tracey and many more, means he has a lot to thank these people for - without them he may not have 'seen the light', so to speak.
